The Pittsburgh Gospel Choir is a multi-age, multi-ethic musical ensemble that performs American gospel music in the Western Pennsylvania area and tours across the United States. It is intended to serve and cultivate a diverse choir membership and audience, and infuse both with an appreciation for Gospel Music and Sacred Choral Music. The Pittsburgh Gospel Choir concerts are designed to be uplifting, edifying, and entertaining.

The Pittsburgh Gospel Choir is an ongoing special project of River City Brass. The RCB acts as a fiscal sponsor for the PGC. Each organization helps the other to achieve their closely aligned missions. The PGC stands on its own financially and raises charitable resources under the auspices of the RCB, a nonprofit organization in Pennsylvania.
